Ms. Marvel, the next Marvel Studios series, has a new trailer. This Iman Vellani show is the next MCU entry after Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and it will make history.

Ms. Marvel is Marvel's first Muslim superhero and the first Marvel Studios product to focus on South Asian cultures. The series is directed by Batgirl directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, and it was created by Bisha K Ali.

The 30-second trailer, titled Not Alone, expands on the abilities of Pakistani-American schoolgirl Kamala Khan, who took on the role of Ms Marvel. There are clues that she possesses cosmic abilities once more. Do they let her go to and from space like Captain Marvel? Perhaps.

The series looks to be a coming-of-age narrative of a teenage superhero, based on the trailers and this commercial. She most likely acquires her abilities and overcomes a personal struggle on her way to being a responsible superhero and maybe an Avenger. This isn't terribly innovative, but if done right, it has a timeless charm.

Kamala possesses shapeshifting abilities thanks to inhuman DNA in the comics. She has the ability to grow her body to the size of a statue and reduce herself to tiny proportions (Ant-Man and Wasp have competition now). She also possesses superhuman healing powers.

Farhan Akhtar, Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Laurel Marsden, Adaku Ononogbo, Laith Nakli, Travina Springer, and Aramis Knight are among the cast members of Ms Marvel.

Vellani's Ms Marvel will join Brie Larson (Carol Danvers) and Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) in The Marvels in July of next year, after her standalone series.

Ms Marvel will broadcast in India on Disney Plus Hotstar on June 8, 2022.
